Although most of the neighborhood is comprised of single-family homes, there are <br />two multiple -family residential complexes in the neighborhood as well. A commercial building recently has <br />become vacant and will open shortly as a typical adult bookstore. (A "typical" adult bookstore in Garden <br />Grove also contains several "peep show' booths. there are no other adult bookstores or similar <br />activities in the area.
