Exhibit C <br />BUDGET SHEET <br />Contract expenditures shall be documented according to the following categories when appropriate: <br />LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OPERATING BUDGET SUMMARY * <br />FFY05 EMPG Award $40,426 <br />The City of Everett, Emergency Management award is $40,426. This is based on the FFY05 allocation <br />factor of 18.71% of approved local emergency management operating budgets. This award will not be used to <br />supplant existing local funds identified above. The Reimbursement Spreadsheet (Attachment B) will <br />accompany each A-19 invoice voucher requesting reimbursement. In addition, the Contractor agrees to make <br />all records available to Military Department staff, upon request.
