We noted the following items: <br /> 1. Landacape Island in Middle of Parking Lot - The largest landscape island in the <br /> parking lot, located between Buildings A and C, lacks groundcover and must be planted <br /> per the landscape plan dated June 18. 1996. <br /> 2. Frontage Landscaping on 112th Street - The landscaping on the 112th Street <br /> frontage, west of the driveway, is not completed. In addition, there is an <br /> approximately five-foot unimproved strip between the sidewa;ic and existing <br /> landscaping that must be planted with sod or other groundcover. <br /> 3. Sidewalk Connection to Building A - The approved plans show a sidewalk connection <br /> between Building A and the sidewalk on Evergreen Way. The sidewalk has not yet <br /> been installed and needs to be completed. <br /> 4. Landscaping at Base of Monument Sign - There presently is insufficient landscaping <br /> at the base of the sign located south of the driveway entrance to Evergreen Way. At a <br /> minimum, groundcover must be planted around the base of this facility. <br /> 5. Maintenance of all Landscape Areas - The existing landscaping must be maintained <br /> per Subsection 35.130.A of the Zoning Code. Some of the plants have either been <br /> stolen or have died, and there are weeds present in some of the landscape areas.
