The plans included architectural site plan, civil plans and landscape plans. Prior
to approval of the plans, please provide the following revisions/additional information:
1. Phasing details—The plans do not clearly indicate which improvements are being constructed in
conjunction with the Autozvne Store, and which will be constructed as part of the future retail
building. This information should be shown graphically with either shading or coloring and
supplemented with text information. Please show phasing information related to parking,
paving, access and landscaping. If the northern lot is to be covered with ATB as part of the
Phase I improvement, we request tliat the frontage landscaping also be installed on both lots.
Note: The Engineering Department may require additional phasing details—check with Gordon
Witcherat (425) 257-8814.
2, landscape Plan (Sheet L1.0)—The landscape islands within the interior of the parking area do
not meet the requirements of Subsection 35.080.D of the Zoning Code. Specifically, the number
of trees and spacing standards are not met by the proposed layout. Please note that one tree is
required for every eight parking stalls, and that no parking stall may be located more than 50
feet from an internal landscape area. I would be happy to run through our calculations with
you.
Please provide three copies of the plan revisions to our office. One this information is provided, the
Planning Department will sign off on its portion of the building permit. Please feel free to contact me at
(425) 257-7155 if you have any questions.
Sincerely
C
 .
David Tyler, Planner
Cc: Mollie Hughes, Permit Services
Mitch Bramlitt, Autozone Inc., 123 5.
