In remembrance of Mike's influence in the Everett community, the non-profit organization Arts <br /> United, (The Friends of Mike Jordan)raised $45,000 in contributions to pay for the memorial statue and <br /> wishes to donate the sculpture to the City. The sculpture will be located near the Everett Performing Arts <br /> Center on Wetmore Avenue. <br /> The Cultural Commission would like to enter into an agreement with noted NW bronze artist Kevin Pettelle <br /> and Arts United for the design, creation and funding of a life-size bronze memorial statue of Mike Jordan. <br /> The agreement provides that Arts United will pay the sculptor, Kevin Pettelle.
