The retaining wall is approved to be set inside the area of Wetpond A, Cell #2 in
the southwest corner of the site as designed on the attached Greding and Drainage Plan
dated March 27, 2006 with a grade at base of wall no lower than elevation 492.5'. This
elevation is based on a finished grade elevation of 490.5' for cell #2 and two feet of water
quality deptfi. f3ecause the second cell of Wetpond A is only utilized for storm water
quality, detention is not an issue; however, since the Wal-Mart plans called out for the
second cell to be lined with a 30 mil iiner up to elevation 498.0' as an emergency storage
nrea for storm events greater than 100 year — 24 hour, we have requested that the
developer of Outlot #2 do the same.
The developer's representatives will be responsible for the accuracy of all plans and for
submitting signed and stamped plans and calculations for the wall and site grading
permits.
We appreciate your assistance wich this site. Please feel free ro contact me if you have
questions regarding this letter.
Sincerely, /
  A.
?
 f SC
i- =

Jeff Chambers, P.E. ' ` '"
Wal-Mart Project Manager ' I
_t.S
3..;•,
Cr.
