On April 13,2005 OliverMcMillan LLC was selected as the potential <br /> developer and City Administration was authorized to begin negotiations with them. An Exclusive Negotiating <br /> Agreement by and between the City of Everett and OliverMcMillan LLC has been developed for consideration by the <br /> City Council. This agreement outlines the future process for negotiations for the sale and development of the <br /> Riverfront Properties. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign on behalf of the City the <br /> Exclusive Negotiating Agreement By and Between the City of Everett and OliverMcMillan LLC. <br />
