The retaining wall is approved to be set inside the arca of Wetpond A, Cell #2 in
the southwest corner of the site as designed on the attached Grading and Dramage Plan
dated March 27, 2006 with a grade at base of wall no lovrer than elevation 492.5'. This
elevation is based on a finished grade elevation of-190.5' for cell #2 and two feet of water
qualiry depth. Because the second cell of Wetpond A s only utilized for storm water
quality, detention is not an issue; however, since the ',Nal-Mart plans called out for the
second cell to be lined with a 30 mil liner up to eleation 498.0' as an emergency s irage
area for storm events greater than 100 year — 24 hrur, we have requested that the
developer of Outlot #7 do the ame.
The developer's representatives will be responsible for the accuracy of all plans and for
submitting signed and stamped plans and calculations for the wall and site grading
permits.
We appreciate your assistance with this site.
