There is an existing shell building fire riser room on the south side of Suite D that will require a drawing <br /> revision to the location of the accessible toilet room and the kitchen exit door,per Permit #B0603-085. <br /> I have attached a partial copy of the plan for your teference. <br /> 2. A vertical sidewall grab bar is required in the toilet room at a of minimum 18 inches long, mounted <br /> with bottom of bar located between 39 and 41 inches above the floor, and center line of the bar located <br /> between 39 and 4] inches from rear wall per ANSI Section 604.5.1. <br /> 3. Toilet rooms should indicate a smooth hard finish on floors extending 6 inches up onto walls, per IBC <br /> 1210.1. A smooth hard nonabsorbent surface should be indicated at walls within 2 feet of urinals and <br /> water closets to a height of four feet,per IBC 1210.2. <br /> 4.
