In order for <br /> the precessing your application to continuc, il :vdl be necessary to provide the Building Division <br /> with two sets of drawings reFlecting the corrections requested. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. The Type I Hood requires a c�earance to combustible wall construction of 18 inches, per <br /> IMC Section 5079. The tenant improvement drawings indicatc a metal stud wall <br /> behind the hood, but the assecnbly of the tenant demising wall is not identified. The <br /> conslruction of the tenant demising wall should be verified in µTiting or via drawing to <br /> the City of L'verett by the Architcct. <br /> 2. If the wall is non-combustible, or there is an additional assembly submitted to reduce the <br /> 18 inch cicarance required per IMC Table 308.G, the stainless steel surface will need to <br /> extend an additional 18 inchcs bcyond the hood, per the exception to IMC Section 507.9. <br /> 3. A hinge is required at an upblast fan per[MC Section 506.53 cxhaust fan mounting. <br /> All rcquircd submittals must bc of sufficicnt dctail and contain sufficicnt information to ensure <br /> that the proposed structure will bc constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, including: <br /> the 2006 Intemational Building Code (IBC), the 2006 Intemational Mechanical Code (IIvfC), the <br /> 2006 Washington State Gnergy Code, (WSEC), and the 200G Washington State Ventilation & <br /> Indoor Air Quality Code (VIAQ), including amendments by the Swte of Washington, and as <br /> adopted by the City of Gverett. <br /> Upon resubmission of the drawings, your application will bc given priority and plan review will <br /> begin.
