Please review <br /> and respond to the comments below. These comments address building issues only. Additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). <br /> All references refer to the 2012 Intemational Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire <br /> Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2012 International Energy <br /> Conservation (IECC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the ciry of <br /> Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and <br /> Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may <br /> be more restrictive. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requeste�t. <br /> 1. Enclosed is a copy of chapter 16.76 of the Everett Municipal code. Section 16.76.060c <br /> wouid require adding an automatic fire suppres5:on system to all of the existing building. <br /> Exception 1 woutd allow separating the restaurant from the rest of the building with "fire <br /> barriers"and the addition of an automatic fire suppression system within the restaurant <br /> only.
