With the addition of the following, the plans arc <br /> approved. <br /> 1. A reduced pressure backflow prevention device is required at the end of the copper water pipe <br /> serving the pop dispensing system prior to the carbonation device. ido copper pipe or other <br /> potentially corrosive material is allowed after the reduced pressure bachFlow prevention device. <br /> 3. Water heaters must be of sufficient size to provide hot water to dishwashcr and/or scullcry sinks and <br /> at the same time provide hot �vater to all handwash sinks. <br /> 3. Hot�vater mus[ be provided to all handwash sinks within 15 seconds. <br /> =t. A horizontal separation of at least 1G inches or a vertical partition 16 inches in hcieht is rcquired <br /> beaveen the three-compartment sink and the rice cooker(items #19 and#1G on thc equipment list.) <br /> 5. All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for its <br /> intended use. The Rinnai rice cooker model #RER-30A was not fuund in the current NSF or <br /> equivalent listings. This unit must be replaced with NSF or equivalent listed equipment or <br /> documentation must be submitted which demonstrates NSF equivalency. Manufacwrer names and <br /> model numbers for replacement units must be submitted prior to the pre-operational inspection. <br /> Originally submitted manufacturer names and model nambers should be rechecked to assure the <br /> information submitted is accurate. <br /> 6. No manufacturer namc and model number �vas submitted for the pop dispenser, item #36. Thc <br /> manufacturer name and model number must be submitted prior to the pre-operational inspection. <br /> 7. Extra wall protection is required on walls behind sinks, incfuding restroom handsinks, and food <br /> preparation tablcs. A 16 inch high backsplash of plastic laminate, fiberglass-reinforced plastic or <br /> equal is acceptable. �Vall protection behind mop sinks must cover the entire splash zone. Plastic <br /> coated hardboardis nutacceptable. <br /> 8. All li�ht fixtures in food preparation and storaee areas, including the hot food well heat lamps, must <br /> be provided with covers or shatterproof bulbs. <br /> 9. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. <br /> 10.The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to meet applicable building, mechanical, and <br /> fire codes. <br /> A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of inspection, the <br /> construction of the food service establishment must he complete and all equipment must be in place. <br /> Incomplete construction may result in a S140.00 reinspection fee.
