Spccial charges for connection to the scwer and water systems in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These ch.irges are bascd on <br /> projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtxin a copy of <br /> the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit application. The <br /> acwal charges shall be computed by the Public Works Departmenl per the ordinance in <br /> eff'ect at the timc and according to the information on the approvcd plans at the time of <br /> building permit issuancc. <br /> 6. The existing pond on the site may have been dcsigned to provide primary treaunent of <br /> storm water runoff Gom this site. Purther research by the applicant into past site activities <br /> will be necessary to determine if this is thc case. At a minimum, however, pretreatmen[ of <br /> storm water runoff prior to discharge to the existing pond must occur. <br /> l4. All applicable source controls for fueling facilitics, found in Chapter 4 of the City's <br /> Stormwater Managcment Manual, will be reyuired for this site. <br /> '! � <br />
