Gladys Myrtle Johnsor., formeriy Gladys Myrtle Wilson, as her separate <br /> estate and �verett Pederal Savings and Loan Association, a corporation, granted to the City <br /> of Everett an easement (the "Easement") recorded under Snohomish County Auditor's <br /> File No. 2081057, foi the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, operating, maintaining, <br /> and repairing utility lines, induding all appurtenances, across, along, in, upon and under <br /> Uie property located in the County of Snohomish, described in Exhibit B; <br /> B.
