Grantee sl�all undertake all activity in die Easement Area in a manner that shall <br /> minimize unreasonable interference with the use and enjoyment of Grantor's property <br /> adjacent to the �asement Area by Grantor and by persons occupyin� the same or lawfully <br /> present on the property. To effectuate tL•is intent, Grantee, among other things that may be <br /> necessary, sl�all undertake the construction, reconstruction, operatiai, maintenance and <br /> repair of tl�e Facilities in a manner consistent widi local standards in the industry and <br /> trades, that does not unreasonably interfere with tl�e Grantor's or its tenant's continuing <br /> operations on Grantor's property. If Grantee's wor's disturUs the surface of the Easement <br /> Area or adjacent property of Crantor, Grantee sUall restore the Easement Area and adjacent <br /> property of Grantor to as good a condition as it was just prior to such disturbance. Grantee <br /> sUall pay Grantor for any property of Grantor or its tenant damaged Uy Grantee's use of <br /> this �asement. Grautee shall maintain tlie Facilities in proper working wndition at all <br /> times and shall restore the property of Grantor to a condition at least equal to die condition <br /> that existed prior to any installation, repair, maintenance or reconsiruction of such <br /> Pacilities. Grantee shall keep tlie Easement and Grantor's property free from any liens <br /> �� <br />
