� � <br /> INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is reouired fcr this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with <br /> City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br /> construction erosion control, and all required imp;ovements in the public right-of-way. <br /> Public Works Department approval of these draw�ngs is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the <br /> Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. No traffic mitigation fee. Submit site specific traffic control plans for review and approval <br /> prior to any traffic interruptions. No traffic impacting operations permitted between 6 AM— <br /> 9 AM and 2 PM—7 PM Monday through Friday. <br /> 3. Be sure there is at least a 3-feet clearance belween the new pole at the SE property <br /> corner and the fire hydrant near there. <br /> 4. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 5. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 6. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br /> construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 7. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval <br /> of these plans. <br /> 8. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 9. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction.
