The building has become an attractive nuisance to children, and a harbor <br /> for vagrants. <br /> 2. The building is maintained in violation of requirements applicable to <br /> s�ch buildings as provided by the building regulations of this <br /> jurisdiction, as specified in the Building Code. <br /> 3.
