The Everett Police have informed us that the <br /> building is open to the public, a man recently committed suicide in the building , and minors frequent <br /> the building. The premises aze being used for a tire dump by unknown individual(s). <br /> An inspection of the building was conducted on Feb. 25, 1997. During the inspection it was noted <br /> that considerable vandalism has been done to the building. Rll vital systems, electrical, plumbing <br /> and heating, have been destroyed along with some struccural components of the building. The <br /> building is open to the pub!ic, is and an attractive nuisance .�� minors in the neighborhood, and may <br /> be detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of the public <br /> The immediate attention of the owners is required in correcting these conditions.
