Conditions of the building situated on the property at this address have been brought to the attention of the City of Evereu Building Inspection Division. The Everett Police have informed us that the building is open to the public, a man recently committed suicide in the building , and minors frequent the building. The premises aze being used for a tire dump by unknown individual(s). An inspection of the building was conducted on Feb. 25, 1997. During the inspection it was noted that considerable vandalism has been done to the building. Rll vital systems, electrical, plumbing and heating, have been destroyed along with some struccural components of the building.
