A copy of that :etter was faxed to you directly afrer our phone <br /> conversation, and a copy of that letter is enclosed for your information. <br /> Through our conversation and the content of the letter, I hope you are able to realize <br /> the danger involved with the building located at 8910 Evergreen Way, Evereti, WA, <br /> and the urgency the city has in resolving this matter which has already proven <br /> detrimental to the life, health, safety, and we(fare of the public. <br /> Due to the dangerous conditions of the building, it is necessary to require a response of <br /> the owners intentions to repair or demolish the building , including time frames no later <br /> than April 30th, 1997.
