It has been determined that this property is <br /> in violation of the minimum property maintenance regulations of the Everett Municipal Code. The <br /> specific nuisances and conditions present on this property which constitute a violation in accordance <br /> with Section 8.20.020 of the Everett Municipal Code are: <br /> A. Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials, or other similar materials in any <br /> front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> C. Broken or discarded furniture, household equipment and furnishings in any front yard, side <br /> yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> E. Dead, decayed, noxious or hazardous trees or vegetation, or any vegetation (not ir�!uding <br /> ve�etation located in flower beds)taller than 42 inches high or grass taller than 1 Z mches m <br /> height in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> G. Vehicle parts or other articles of personal propeRy which are discarded or left in a state of ' <br /> partial construction or repair in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> To correct this violation, please remove and properly dispose of all junk, trash, discarded furniture, <br /> discarded tires, large piles of brush and debris and other similar matenals located on these properties <br /> on or before June 15, 1997. <br /> Failure to abate this nuisance by the date specified above will lead to further enforcement which <br /> would include the City abatin� the nuisance by removal, impound, or disposal and billing the costs to <br /> you.
