July 28, 1972 <br />Enco Service Station <br />8831 Evergreen Way <br />Everett, Washington 09203 <br />Reference: Illegal Price Sign <br />8837 Evergreen Way <br />gill <br />Gentlemen: <br />We have had a complaint about your price sign on City Property on <br />Evergreen Way. <br />City ordinance 4041 requires a permit for all. signs erected in the <br />City. No signs are permitted to be erected on City Property. All <br />signs between the property line and the building line are required <br />to be installed on poles with the bottom of the sign ten (10) feet <br />above the grade. All signs are to be erected by licensed sign hangers. <br />Please remove the: illegal sign within ten (10) days and if you desire <br />to continue to use such a sign have it erected in accordance with <br />applicable Ordineece. <br />Sincerely <br />John 11.
