<br />Inspected resteel and forms for footings on lines 1 through 15 and found

<br />same to conform b structural plans. Condition of soils was extremely
<br />ihard clay, with gravel, except very top, which had been softened by
<br />rains. Inspected and placed 18 1/2 c.y., 5 1/2 sk. std. cement 2500 psi,
<br />1 1/2" aggregate, 4" slump in above noted footings. Material supplieii
<br />by C-Star Sand & Gravel. Material appeared bo contain a very high
<br />percentage of sand. Cast 5 cyls, marked 1-A,B,C,D,E, Hold D & E
<br />for Contractor's instructions. Called Plant to procure weights of
<br />mix. Weights as follows - Cement 576# per yd., 928# 7/8 aggregate,
<br />928# 1 1/2" aggregate, 1408# sand.

<br />Inspected resteel and forms for the spread footings along R 9 - 10,

<br />P. - Q 9. 7 - 9 D there was water in bottom of area to be poured.
<br />Labor Forman is going to pour the concrete, and force the water out
<br />to a low spot and pump it out (Q-9). Also footings (Spread) along
<br />6 & 8 Q. An extra bar was placed in 6 F -E by mistake. At point
<br />8 P, short bars were scabhed onto tie bars.- looked OK and would be
<br />burried in foundation wall. Punk mix is going in under lines
<br />A,B,C,D. 10-14 and Office area, D 9-18. 3 cyls. 2-A,B,C.

<br />1, F, 12 H, 12 K, 14 K, 12 NJ, 14 M, 16 M, 12 P, 14 P, 16 P on line
<br />R between lines 11 & 17, 17 Q, 17 P, 18 P, 18 N & 18 Pt and found same
<br />to conform to structural plans. Inspected and placed 22 1/2 c.y.,
<br />5 1/2 sk. 1 1/2" & 7/8 1 aggregate, 3 1/2" slump 2/ Darex in above
<br />noted footings. Material supplied by C-Star Sand & Gravel. Cast
<br />3 cyls, marked 3-A,B,C.

<br />and placed 21 c.y., 5 1/2 sk, std. cement, 1 1/2" aggregate, 3 1/21,
<br />slump in said footings. Material supplied by C-Star. Cast 3 cyls.

<br />and found same to conform to structural plans except dowels at con-
