It should be pointed out that the health department approval <br />of the finished installation (equipment and facilities) is <br />subject to the final field inspection. Therefore, t•�hen <br />ready, you snould ca11 for the final field inspection. The <br />health department wi11 make regular field checks of the <br />construction. <br />21. In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Beard of Health <br />established a plan review charge for reviear of all layout <br />plans and specifications. The fee schedule is $25.00 per <br />hour to a maximum of $250.00. Your total review time is <br />eight (8) hours; therefore, there will be a$200.00 charge. <br />The fee must be paid at the time of issuing your food-service <br />establishment permit. Both the nlan reviecv charge and permit <br />fee must be paid before opening for business. <br />
