A copy <br />of the last inspeaion listing a required correction is enclosed. The Uniform Building Code <br />provides that all permits expire by limisation if the work authoriud by the permit is <br />suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you <br />wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written reqeust for a 180 day extension- <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will Ee sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approv�l.
