This hydrant is over 200' from <br />the proposed building. <br />S�WER: <br />There is an 8" main on the East side of Evergreen which should adequately serve <br />the site. Per Chapter 14 of the EMC certain substances are not allowed to be dis- <br />charged to the �ewers including flammable or explosive material such as thinners, <br />gasoline, petrochemical solvents, etc. <br />DRAINAGE: <br />This site drains to North Creek on-site detention will be required with oil separation <br />and sedimentation provided.
