Access will be via Evergreen Way: access, traffic circulation; and parking plans must <br />be approved by �he Public Works Department; and standard Evergreen Way street . <br />improvements are required. • , � <br />4. A paint booth is included in the proposal: all provisions of the fire code and all <br />air quality requirements must be complied with. <br />5. Drainage must be designed in conformance with the City's Drainage Ordinance, with <br />oil water separators designed to meet DOE standards. Flartmiable or explosive substances <br />auch as thinners, gasoline, petro-chemical solvents, or other similar substances must <br />� not.be discharged into Aewers. • . , <br />6.
