The following factors were considered prior to making a.preliminary <br />decision on this proposal: <br />1. The proposed site is zoned C-1, General Comnercial Zone, which would allow this <br />uae. <br />2. The site is vacant and has been previously cleared. <br />3. Access will be via Evergrzen Way: standard street improvements do not currenely <br />exist abutting this site. <br />4. A paint booth is included in the proposal: all provisions of the fire code and <br />all air quality requirements wust be complied with. <br />5.
