The purpose <br />of Chis checklist is co help thA agencies involved determine whether or not a pruposal is such <br />a major action. <br />Please answer the following questions as campletely as you can wi[h the information presently <br />available to you. idhere explanations of your answers are req�:ired, or where you believe an � <br />ezplanation would be helpful to government decision makers, include your explanation in the <br />spac� provided, or use additional pages if necessary.
