WA9MINGTON <br />80:J� <br />�Ify AIfOlney <br />The City of Everett has notified the occupalt of the above-mentioned residence <br />that the use of his property is in violation of the City's zoning ordinance. <br />As a result of the City's negotiations with him, the City has agreed to give the <br />property owner 90 days to bring the property into conformance with the zoning <br />code by removai of all vehicles and parts on the property. At the end of 90 days <br />(June 8, 1981), the City intends :o make ar inspection of the property for <br />compliance. if at that time zonin; violations still exist, the City will consider <br />what further action is necessary to rectify tne situation. <br />Hopefully, the above information will oive you some assistance on how to proceed <br />on behalf of your client.
