Both you and the oecupant oY your property were given 90 <br />days (until June 8, 1981) to remove all of the inoperative vehicles stored on the <br />property. On June 9, 1981, en inapection of the Zocation revealed no change In the <br />eondition oY the property. <br />Contrary to the letter sent to you on March 13, 1981, the property at 9311 Holy <br />Drive is zoned C-1. Nevertheless, pursuant to Everett Municipal Code, Section <br />19.30.020, the storage of wrecked vehicles is not a permitted use in a C-1 zone. <br />Because of both your failure as the owner of the property and Mr. Johnson's Yailure <br />as the oceupant of ihe property to make effor:s to comply with the Zoning Code, <br />this matter hUs been turned over to the City's ProsecutIng Attorney. IY 1 do not <br />receive s suggeated solution to the problem from either you or Mr. Johnson within <br />five days from your receipt of this letter, the Prosecutor hes informed me that he <br />will decide whether to Pile cr{minal eharges without the benefit of your comments. <br />You should be Informed that a violation of the City'9 Zoning Code Is a criminal <br />offenae which carries wIth it a maximum penalty oP a#50U fine and/or six months <br />in jeil.
