(no building or structure involved) <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is tfie recommendation of the Public Works Depar[ment that issuance of a <br />Negative Dedaration be subject to the following: <br />1. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during earth-moving operation. <br />2. During earth moving ope� ation all truck traffic to and from the site within <br />the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. Truck route to be approved by Public Works <br />prior to beginning earth moving operation. <br />3. Grading, drainage and erosion control plans are required prior to placing any <br />additional fill material on this site. <br />4. Hydro seeding within 30 days of completion of operation for all exposed earth <br />within 200 feet of stream is required. <br />NOTE: <br />Any improvements to site shall require complete Eveegreen V/ay standard street <br />improvements (attached). <br />n�xc:u <br />
