FINAL DEC?.ARATION OC NON-SIGNIFICANCE . <br />DESCIiIPTION OF PROPOSAL ' <br />The proposed action is the issuance of grading permits'to allow the addition of approximately <br />1,500 cubic yards of fill dirt on an approximately 48,000 square fdot site. The fo'.lowing <br />factors were considered and the listed requirements were'placed in response to comments <br />�``�bmitted during the Environmental Checklist Review of this proposal. <br />1. A substantial amount of fill material has been illegally pTAced on the site and <br />previously graded. The site is looated at the headwaters of the North Creek Drainaqe Basin <br />2. Drainage must be designed in conformance with the City's Drainage Ordinance. .;rading, <br />drainage and erosion control plans must be approved by Public Works prior to placing any <br />additional fill material on the site. . <br />3. No additional removal of vegetation will occur. Hydro seedinq of exposed earth areas is <br />required within 30 days. <br />4. City streets.must be kept clear of dirt and debris. During earth moving activities <br />aLl truck traffic must use arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public <br />Works Depaitment. <br />PROPONENT <br />Gilbert H.
