Thc folloviing factors were considered <br />prior to makinq a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />]) A substantial amount of fil.l has'beenprevi.ously placed on the site and prcviously graded. ! <br />• The site is located at L-he headwaters of the North Creek Drainage Basin. <br />2) Drainage must be designed in conformance with the City's Drainage Ordinance. Gradinq, <br />drainage and erosion control plans must.be approved by Public Y7orks prior to placi.ng any <br />additional fill material on the site. . .� <br />3) No additional removal of vegetation will occur. Hydro seeding of exposed earth areas <br />is requized within 30 days. . <br />9) City streets mu,t be kept clear of dirt and debris.
