WASHINGTON <br />PROPOSAL <br />To construct approximately 6,000 square foot garden store and canopy on east <br />side of Evergreen Way between Intercity and McGill. <br />C'.VE'fC'id <br />/��� .. .....':i <br />7 <br />�1 <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is the recommendation of the Public \Vorks Department that issuaoce of a Negative <br />Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, storm drainage, and <br />all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Norks <br />Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br />are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occ�pancy <br />Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction all truck traffic to and from the site within the <br />City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless o:iie: wise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />4. The plan submiited shall be revised to show the iollovring: <br />a. type of curb, distance from face of curb to cen•terl;ne, curb grades <br />b. type and location of sidewalk <br />c. drainage lines, including flow lines <br />d. location and type of catch basins and inlets <br />e. type of landscaping <br />f. driveways(AP\VA Type "D" Alt. 2) <br />g.street structural section <br />5. Participation in the program to fund the South End Sanitary Se�ser <br />Interceptoris required. <br />6. A detailed plan for water and sewer is required showing pipe runs and <br />specifications for materials and water connections. <br />7. On site detention with provision for oil and sediment removal is rec�uired. <br />Detention requirements shall be based on pre-development conditions <br />that existed before the illegal fill was placed. <br />8. A detailed drainage plan is required showing the following: <br />a. flow lines <br />b.type of restrictor <br />c. specifications and standards for materials <br />d. details for deteniion basin <br />e. contours including natural drainage channels <br />Drainage calculations are to be submitted with the attaclied cover sheet. <br />
