Static pressure in the <br />area is approximately 70 p.s.i. A fire hydrant will be required <br />within 200'of all structures. <br />Sewer: There is an 8" main on Evergreen \Vay. This site is in the South- <br />end Interceptor Benefit area. <br />Drainage: This site drains to the West Fork of North Creek. On-site detention <br />and provisions for oil and sediment ; emoval will be required. <br />Detention requirements must be based on �xe-developments conditions <br />before the illegal fill was placed. A tempurary plan for erosion <br />control must be submitted and approved before construction may <br />begin. The swampy area to the east of this site has bee�� designated <br />as a critical drainage area. <br />jcl <br />
