A detailea drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Depsrtment showing parlcing <br />layout, lanc'scaping, driveways, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the <br />public righY�f-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required <br />before any permits are issuec. All improvements shall be completed before the <br />Oceupancy Permit is issued. <br />2.
