We an responding to each of your comments as follows: <br />SHEET C3: <br />• Detail 04 - Detention Storage Facility: the outflow pipe has been adjusted per the City of Everett's suggestions. <br />• Detail #5: the planting detail for the wetland cell has been added. <br />SHEET CR-I: <br />• A catch basin and drainage pipe have been added on Holly Drive. <br />• The driveway has been adjusted so that it does not conflict with the existing utility pole. <br />• A note has been added specifying relocation of the existing mailboxes per Everett City Standards. <br />Since your March review of our permit set, we feel that we have satisfied all of your concerns and are providing a complete <br />permit application. We are coordinating with the owner, Econo Lube N' 'rune, to acquire a performance bond for this <br />project and will be furnishing you the bond this week.
