These comments address building issues cnly, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. The structural calculations, details and construction notes for the pole sign are required for review. The plans should show all connections, materials, depth of imbedment and foundation support. All plans and data shall be stamped by an engineer licensed by Washington State. Prepare a response letter showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence.
