There <br />is a service to Lot #1 from the main on Intercity and one to Lo+. #2 from Intercity <br />which crosses Lot #1. There is a static pressure of aUout 70 psi at the hydrant <br />on the corner. <br />SEWER: <br />There are 8" mains on Evergreen and Intercity. <br />DRAINAGE: <br />On-site detention will be required in accordance with City standards. Surface <br />runoff must b� received and discharged at the naturally-occurring locations. <br />Erosion control measures must be employed during construction.
