Any grading/fill on the site ahall be do¢e so as to not impact the <br />surrounding properties. Any retaining Wall greater tha❑ three feet <br />high above a property line muet be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Plaaning Department. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Policies) <br />2. The ezieting west end driveway cn Intercity Avenue of project site must <br />be removed and replaced with curb, gutter and sldewalk per City <br />standards. (SEPA Transportation Policiea) <br />2. Detailed drawinga in accordance with City Deaign and Conatruction <br />Standarda ahall be aubmitted to the Public Worka Department showing <br />aite parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />conatruction eroeion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Department xpproval of these <br />dracrings is required prlor to any permits being isaued. All <br />improvements ahall be completed, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permft is isaued. (SEPA Transportation Policiea.) <br />
