Detailed drawinga in accordance with City Deaign and Conatruction <br />Standarda ahall be aubmitted to the Public Worka Department showing <br />aite parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />conatruction eroeion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Department xpproval of these <br />dracrings is required prlor to any permits being isaued.
