r , <br />PROPOSL•�J DLCLAR�,TIOtt OF N0:1-SIGyIFLCAI�CG <br />SEPA �/66-83 <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: - The proposed action is the issuance of building permits to <br />allow the construction of an approximately 7,000 sq. ft. retail commercia! building on an <br />approximately 21,000 sq, ft. parcel. The following factors were considered prior to making a <br />preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />i• The proposed site is zoned C-1, General Commercial Zone, which would permit the <br />proposed use. <br />2. The eastern property line of the site abuts single Family Residential zone: A 12 foot <br />setback and a landscape screen 6 feet high and five feet wide is proposed, in <br />comQliance with zoning code requirements. <br />3• Access is proposed vIa a single driveway on Evergreen Way. <br />4• � total af 20 packing stalls are proposed.
