With the addition of the following, the <br />plans are approved. <br />1. All food serv�ce equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for its <br />intended use. <br />2. The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to meet applicable building, <br />mechanical, and fire codes <br />If there are any significant changes o: acditions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish <br />Health District must be notified. <br />A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At !he time of inspection the <br />construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be in <br />place. Incomplete construction may resuit in a�50.00 reinspection fee. Please contact the Food <br />Program office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This wiil ensure <br />compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Health for Food Service <br />Sanitation. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
