Marilyn Avenae <br />Plan Check N: 48289 <br />Dear Mr. Jameson: <br />In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been <br />examined and you aze advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the <br />reasons listed below. These comments address building issues only, addidonal <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended bv the <br />State of Washington and /or Washington State Energy Code 1994, lst Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />1. Group B-2 occupancies over 3000 square feet shall be equipped with an <br />automatic fire detection system (fire alazm system) per City Ordinance 1902-92 <br />and WAC 51-20, Sec. 3105 (d)9. <br />2. Section 1/3 must show 2 hour fire protection terminating at the underside of the <br />roof sheathing. <br />3. Attic access openings (min. 22" Ey 30") shall be provided per UBC 3205(a). <br />4.
