Copies of the Inspection <br />Activity Reports for the referenced permits arc enclosed. Without action on your part these <br />permits will expire and the file will be sent to microfilm with no documentation of completion <br />and without issuance of the Certificate. These records are available to prospective buyers and <br />lending institutions. <br />Please call our office to schedule inspection when corrections have been completed, or if you <br />have questions or believe our records are in error.
