With the addition of the following, the plans are approved. <br />1. All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) tor its intended <br />use. <br />2. Storage reirigerators and freezers must be listed by the NSF tor Potentially Hazardous Foods. Glass <br />door refrigerators are not acceptable. <br />3. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. <br />4. Plasticc oated <br />hardboard is not acceptable. <br />6. The ceiling above the food preparation areas must be nonabsorbent, smooth, and easiiy cleanable. <br />7. The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to opening for <br />business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to qour layout or equipment, the Snohomish Health District <br />must be notified. <br />A preoperaiional inspection is required prior to opening for business.
