The improvement on hoth frontages of the <br />property are required by City Ordinance ®555-78 (attached). However, the street <br />improvements along Evergreen Way will he installed via Local Irq)rnvement <br />District 0713. Those street improvements along West Marilyn Avenue were omitted <br />frx the ordinance for LIP 9713 and are not presently a part of the project. At <br />this point it time, it will be the owner's responsibility to provide the street <br />improvements ,`curb, gutter. sidewalk B drainage system) along, West 11arilyn <br />Avenue (140' total). <br />It is the City's intention to try to include the improvenNents on West Marilyn <br />Avenue in LID 0713. However, if the necessary revisions to the LID Ordinance <br />cannot he made, the responsibility for these improvements shall remain with the <br />property owner. <br />In order for you to receive a building permit, you will bp, required to post an <br />acceptable performance guaranty for the improvements in the form of a cash <br />set -aside latter with: yonr hank or a bend. We have determined that $6,000.00 is <br />an acceptable amount and have enclosed the necessary forms.
