The <br />following information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />1. No manufacturer names and model numbers were submi[[ed for the pop dispenser and the <br />refrigeration and freezer units. Submit a complete list of equipment noting manufacturer and <br />model numbers for all food service equipmen[ inciuding the pop dispenser, al] refrigeration, <br />all freezers and all counter top units such as rice cookers, mixers and slicers. <br />2. Note: This facility has a limited amount of refrigeration equipment and lacks an ice <br />machine. No advanced preparation of foods that require cooling will be allowed unless <br />a walk-it� refrigerator is installed or other Health District approved cooling method is <br />in place. No advanced preparation of liquid foods that require cooling will be allowed <br />unless an ice machine is installed. <br />Please note that prior ro opening of che new facility, after the Health District plan review process <br />is completed and construction is finished, the Heal[h District permit application process must be <br />completed and a pre-operational inspection must be conducted. <br />Please contact me i: you have any questions.
