With the addition of the following, the plans are approved. <br />1. The Health District operating Feanit application process, for the mea[ market, must be completed prior <br />to opening for business. <br />2. All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NS� for its intended <br />use. <br />3. The Kelvinatur DeG Case, model #RPD 6, is NSF listed fcr the storage of prepackaged and bottled <br />products only. <br />4. The ceiling above the food preparation areas must be nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. <br />5. Extra wall protection is required on walls behind sinks and food preparation tables. A 16 inch high <br />backsplash of plastic laminate, fiberglass reinforced plastic or equal is acceptable. <br />6. The ceiling above the food preparation azeas must be nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. <br />7. It is undeaz whether or not the meat market is accessible ro the public. Please �iotc that customers are <br />not permitted in the food preparation area. <br />8. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. <br />A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of inspection the <br />construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be in place. <br />Incomplete construction may result in a$130.00 reinspection fee. Please contact the Food Program <br />ofCce a minimum of one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This will ensure <br />wmpliance with the Rules and Reg�lations of the State Board of Health for Food Service Sanitation. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish Health <br />District must be notified. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
