APPEALS TO HEARING EXAMINER FOR SHORT SUBDIVISION: <br />All appeals of decision relating to short subdivision shall be made to the Hearing Examiner. <br />Such appeals must be made in writing and filed with the office of the Hearing Examiner within <br />fourteen (14) calendar days for the date on which the preliminary decision was rendered. <br />The written appeal shall include a detailed explanation stating the reason for the appeal.
