Since that time Section ( <br />has been deleted from the structural design. In addition, <br />I understand that 3 #4 bars were placed in the footings, <br />top and TO <br />tom, i lieu of the 2 #A's called out in <br />Section and �9 . Therefore, I approve the substitution <br />of Grade reinforcing for the Grade 60 specified.
